History
EFG İstanbul Menkul Değerler A.Ş. (“EFG İstanbul”) was formerly known as HC Istanbul, which was founded in 2001 as an investment firm to engage in brokerage & corporate finance activities. The firm was acquired by Eurobank EFG Group, one of the leading financial services groups of Greece, in April 2005.
